Credits Earned
Employability Prep is a half-day option that awards five (5) credits to the student for completion of the program. The STAR program is a full-day option that awards four (4) credits to the student for completion of the program.

Transportation
Students in Employability Prep will have transportation provided to them by their home school. Students in the STAR program will have access to public transportation options provided by Fairfield County. Both section allow students to provide their own transportation, if desired.

Job Site Location
Students in Employability Prep will be placed in a job setting that is location in Columbus or a nearby location within Franklin County. Students in the STAR program will be placed in a job site with a business partner located in Fairfield County, close to the FCC campus.

Academics
Students in Employability Prep will take any academic classes at their home school. Students in the STAR program will take their academic classes at Fairfield Career Center.
